01How to request deletion
- Write to lgzsc23@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion, or send a message through WhatsApp.
- Include your name, the WhatsApp number (with country code) or username you wrote from and, if you know it, the business you chatted with.
- To protect your information we verify your identity: we will ask you to write from the same number or email, or to send an official ID if needed.
02What happens next
- We send you a tracking reference when we confirm your request, normally within 3 business days.
- We delete your data within a maximum of 15 business days after verifying your identity and confirm it to you through the same channel.
- You can check the status by replying to that message with your reference.
03What data we delete
We delete or anonymize from our systems and from the providers under our control:
- the conversation history and files you sent;
- your name, WhatsApp number and email;
- appointment or reservation records tied to your number, such as spreadsheet rows or calendar events;
- contact data and quotes, if you contacted us as a prospect.
Automatically, conversations are deleted 90 days after the last message.
04What we may keep
Only what a law requires us to keep, such as tax receipts for a contracted service, and a minimal record of your request (reference and date) to show that we handled it.
05Data held by Meta and permissions
Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) keeps its own data about your account under its policy; Hydra Automations does not control that information. You can manage it from your account settings.
If a business connected an account or page of yours to a Hydra Automations integration, you can revoke access from Meta's settings (Apps and Websites, or Business Integrations). When you ask us here, we will delete the associated data.
